AbOuT MeHot Hot Heat
!!dA cRaZy BuNcH oF PeEpZ!!
The sun was blazing on top of our heads. Perspiration trickle down on each & everyone of us. A zoo trip in the hot blazing, scorching afternoon heat. Met up with the gang at about 3pm. (supposedly to be at 2pm.. hehe. *apologies to Halmy for keeping him waiting*). A planned outing to the Singapore Zoological Garden that turned out to be great. The first timers who met hit off on a good note, i must say. A very pleasant scenario to observe.
It has been donkey years, since I last made my trip there. Walked around practically for 2 hours without taking the tram ride, met my so called "friends" and amusing ourselves with the different animals behaviour. Pictures taken, flashes everywhere. (termed as "jakun" in malay) Hehe. From my personal point of view, there were not many changes to the zoo except for the appearance of new animals which we did not even get to see though. Lots of habitats were on renovations. Not worth the money for me if I had to pay for the entry. I am actually amazed with myself that I was able to walk for that 2 hours. Credits should be given to the company that I had; the crazy bunch of peepz.
Made our way down to Al-Ameen (Woodlands) to fill our hungry stomachs. It was also the first time that me & him actually rode our bikes out together. A very rare sight indeed. Heheh.. Conversations continued around the table as we sat down having our meals. It was at around 8pm when some of us went our seperate ways. While Epulz, Imz, Dora & Ida went ahead with their plans, Lanz, Azy, Halmy & myself decided to just chill out. *our 2nd double date* hehehe.. After much asking each other on where to go, a place was decided. Arab St. Parked my bike at home, hitched a ride on Halmy's bike.. hmmm.. *shall not elaborate on the hillarious moments. only between the 4 of us*
Went to Kaki Lima, managed to find ourselves a table. Ordered our drinks, a strawberry & peach flavoured sisha( pardon if the spelling is wrong) & played cards and chit chatted throughout the chill out session. It was only till about midnite when we went our seperate ways & headed on home.
I have to admit that it was a fruitful and enjoyable day for me. Just looking at him getting along well with my good friends made my day more sweeter than ever. Thank you to everyone esp not forgetting Azy my twinnie who has been a great companion to me and to end this on a personal note, a big thank you to Halmy for ending my day very brilliantly. *wink wink*
