Another Day....

Love picked me up from work with the intention to accompany me to collect my car from my uncle's place in Pasir Ris. But before that we proceeded down to SGH to pay a visit to our Mr Juhermanz. Kinda shock to see him in that state.. Poor juherman.. Pity him.. *sighs* Weather was not on our side.. After buying the coupons at beach rd we went our separate ways and I took a cab down to my uncle's place.

The journey back driving the car was a torture to me. Can't even control my right hand on the steering wheel cos it hurts too much. Switched to my left hand but the need to change gears kept me using my right to control the wheel. (arrrgghh... wish I was driving mummy's car) Got home, contemplated on whether should I informed my mum about the incident. Didn't wanna spoil her plans to go visiting later in the day. Just when I was about to take a nap, guests started coming in. Feeling tired and sleepy I still had to continue doing the household chores and entertainig my relatives. During the period of time after much delibration, I told mum what had happened. Then there came a good news.. My bro-in-law would be joining us for the visiting so which means he would be driving my car while I could sit back and enjoy the ride on mum's car. Khekhe..

It was only late evening when there was no more guests that the whole family went out. My parents, me, my sis and family & my bro and his wife to be.. Yupz.. Finally my bro's gonna get married somewhere around next year (Insyaallah) I don't know but just don't feel the excitement of him settling down except for the part that his room will be mine.. HaHa!! Not that Im not happy for him.. I am but the feelings just not there...

When visiting.. I assume that the attention will be on him cos he brought along a new comer but I was wrong. It shifted to me instead... Thanks ah bro.. The normal stuffs " Abang kau dah nak langsung.. Kau bila pulak??" Aiyah... that question itself seems like a repetition in each and every house we went. DUH!!!!

Overall.. the day was alright cos the whole family got together which was a rare event. Had some meaningful conversations with two of my elderly. Seeing them so frail yet the will to live still going strong. On how they look at their aspects of life amazes me.
